The Bell Tower’s total capacity depends on event format and configuration. For seated dinners, the venue accommodates up to 400 guests at round tables when the full space is used without bars or food stations, or up to 330 seats when a bar is included on the patio. For standing receptions and mix-and-mingle events, the venue holds up to 400 guests. Theater-style seating accommodates up to 400.
Yes. The Bell Tower includes several distinct spaces that allow for a natural flow between event segments. The Patio accommodates up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception or up to 75 to 100 guests for a cocktail hour when the Main Space is set for a seated dinner. The Main Space, Mezzanine, Parlor, and Tasting Room offer additional configuration options depending on your guest count and event format.
The Bell Tower is a fully restored historic church in downtown Nashville, featuring soaring ceilings, original exposed beams, and classic arched windows. Its fully indoor design means no weather contingencies and no backup plans. Catering through Dream Events and Catering, lighting and production through Nashville Lighting and Production, and a dedicated event coordinator are all in-house, so clients work with one team from contract to send-off rather than managing a roster of outside vendors.

Couples who want additional design or planning support may choose to hire an outside planner, but it is not required.
Yes, with two exceptions. All food, beverage, and bar service at The Bell Tower is provided exclusively through Dream Events and Catering, and all lighting and production must be handled by Nashville Lighting and Production. All other vendors, including florists, photographers, videographers, DJs, and entertainers, are selected by the client. Outside vendors must be licensed and insured. The Bell Tower’s event coordinator works directly with all vendors to ensure a seamless experience.
All lighting and production at The Bell Tower is handled exclusively by Nashville Lighting and Production (NLP), a full-service Nashville production company. NLP provides professional audio, high-definition visual displays including projection mapping and live streaming, and comprehensive lighting services ranging from ambient lighting to dynamic effects. Having NLP as the in-house production partner means AV and lighting are fully coordinated with the rest of your event team, with no need to source or manage a separate production vendor.
The Bell Tower’s Tasting Room is an intimate private space tucked inside the original bell tower of the historic church building, featuring a curated collection of over 100 bourbons, whiskeys, and scotches. It is available for private tastings, cocktail hours, and small group gatherings as part of an event at The Bell Tower.

Yes. Weekday events and off-peak season dates are generally priced more flexibly than peak weekend dates. Clients and event planners working with a defined budget are encouraged to ask about weekday and Sunday availability.
For Saturday wedding dates, we recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance, as peak dates fill quickly. Weekday events, Sunday dates, and off-peak seasons may be available with shorter lead times. Contact our team to check current availability.
